The “V” of the Vans logo gives a prominent look to the whole design. The right end of the “V" extends further, sheltering the other letters of the logo. The Vans logo stands for the brand’s stylishness and charm thanks to the use of black colour. The Vans logo stands for the brand’s stylishness and charm thanks to the use of black colour.
They used the ghost shape to symbolizes - now you see it and then you don’t. To make the point your Snapchat can be seen and is supposed to disappear.

logos

this logo is a combination mark.
The outline of the sphere is grey which is an unemotional colour. it is detached, neutral, impartial and indecisive. Gray is the colour of compromise - being neither black nor white, it is the transition between two non-colours. The closer gray gets to black, the more dramatic and mysterious it becomes. The closer it gets to silver or white, the more illuminating and lively it becomes. Being both motionless and emotionless, gray is solid and stable, creating a sense of calm and composure, relief from a chaotic world.
I think the stains of paint may mean that the world is covered of art. The paint is splashed over the grey sphere covering it with colours. the logo is quite creative i think as it's a combination of colours that has different meanings and by placing the stains across the sphere. it works very adequately for a website as well as for printing purposes. i think the type of the logo's company would be a design studio. i think in illustrator they might have used the ellipse tool then put three small ones around it. Use pathfinder to divide them. the visual contrast is high which helps with text being read.
this logo is a wordmark. It looks like the heart shape is made of as origami. Both sides have different colours, one has 2 colours and the other has just one colour which means that the heart is separated and different from each other. the purple piece of the heart can symbolise a sensitive, understanding and compassionate love. duty, honour, royalty and good judgement. i think this logo's company would be of a delivery company because it  has like some kind of dull brown colour of a box. it has tactile texture
The logo does not look simple.  It's a rectangle with frame in black and white. most of the space is invaded by the branches and flowers. The word Kelmscott is written in like a victorian font also it is written in a parchment so you can notice that both are from an old time. it has a tree in the middle. it looks like the branches are expanding all over the frame. the area is filled with the elements so it is a positive space. the rectangles has strokes.
